444royal Platform Agreement

1.Introduction

These Terms and Conditions (hereinafter referred to as "Terms", "Agreement", or "T&C") constitute a legally binding agreement between you (hereinafter "Player", "Member", "User", or "You") and 444royal (hereinafter "444royal", "the Platform", "the Operator", "We", or "Us"), governing your access to and use of the 444royal online gaming platform accessible at 444royal.cam (the "Website") and any associated mobile interfaces, applications, or services provided by 444royal.

By registering an account on the 444royal platform, making a deposit, claiming any promotion, or accessing any game or service offered on the Website, you unconditionally accept these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree to any provision herein, you must immediately cease using the platform and close your account.

444royal operates under international online gaming licensing and is committed to providing a fair, transparent, and responsible gaming environment for all eligible players, including those accessing the platform from Kuala Lumpur, Penang, Johor Bahru, Petaling Jaya, Shah Alam, and other locations across Malaysia.

3.Account Eligibility

Access to the 444royal platform and all associated Services is strictly restricted to eligible individuals who satisfy all of the following criteria:

• You are aged 21 years or older. 444royal enforces a strict minimum age requirement of 21 years for all casino and sports betting activities. Age verification documents will be required.
• You are a natural person (not a corporation, trust, or other legal entity) acting on your own behalf.
• You have not previously had an account suspended or permanently closed by 444royal for any reason, including fraud, abuse, or breach of these Terms.
• You are not currently subject to a self-exclusion order, either voluntarily requested through 444royal or imposed by a recognised gambling regulatory or support body.
• You are accessing the Services for personal entertainment purposes only, and not on behalf of any third party, employer, or commercial organisation.
• You have read, understood, and accept these Terms in full, without reservation.

4.Account Registration

Each Player is permitted to hold one (1) registered Account on the 444royal platform. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether under the same name, different names, shared devices, shared IP addresses, or through any other method — is strictly prohibited and will result in the permanent closure of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of any balances therein.

You agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information during the registration process, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and contact details. You must notify 444royal promptly of any changes to this information. Accounts created using false, misleading, or fraudulent information are subject to immediate termination.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials, including your username and password. You agree not to share your login credentials with any third party. 444royal will not be liable for any loss arising from unauthorised access to your Account where such access results from your failure to maintain adequate security of your credentials. You must notify 444royal immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorised use of your Account.

444royal reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any stage of the Account lifecycle, including but not limited to: government-issued identification (MyKad, passport, or driving licence), proof of address (utility bill or bank statement dated within 90 days), and proof of payment method ownership. Failure to provide satisfactory KYC documentation within a reasonable timeframe will result in the suspension of withdrawal privileges and may result in Account closure.

5.Deposits & Withdrawals

444royal supports the following payment methods for deposits and withdrawals: Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow, FPX, Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, and Hong Leong Bank. All transactions are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). The minimum deposit amount is RM 30 unless otherwise specified on a promotional page. 444royal reserves the right to add, modify, or remove supported payment methods at any time.

Deposits made via e-wallet channels (Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay) are typically credited to your Account within minutes of successful payment confirmation. Deposits via DuitNow and FPX are subject to standard bank processing times. 444royal is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors or banking institutions.

Withdrawal requests are processed in the order received, subject to completion of any applicable wagering requirements and successful KYC verification. Indicative processing timelines are as follows:

• E-Wallet (Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay): Typically under 5 minutes following approval.
• DuitNow / FPX: Typically 5 to 15 minutes following approval.
• Direct Bank Transfer: Typically 15 to 60 minutes following approval.

These timelines are indicative only and may vary during peak periods, public holidays, or where additional verification is required. 444royal does not guarantee processing within these windows and shall not be liable for delays outside its reasonable control.

The minimum withdrawal amount is RM 50 unless otherwise stated. Withdrawals must be made to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit, where technically feasible, as part of our anti-money laundering (AML) compliance procedures. 444royal reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence on any withdrawal request prior to processing.

6.Bonuses & Promotions

All bonuses, free credits, cashback offers, reload promotions, and any other promotional incentives offered by 444royal are subject to the specific terms published at the time of the promotion, in addition to the general conditions set out in this clause. In the event of any conflict between promotion-specific terms and these general Terms, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail with respect to that promotion.

Unless expressly stated otherwise, all Bonus Funds credited to a Player's Account are subject to a wagering requirement. The applicable wagering multiplier (e.g., x10, x15, x20) will be displayed at the time of claiming the promotion. For example, a Player who claims a RM 100 bonus subject to a x15 wagering requirement must place a cumulative total of RM 1,500 in eligible bets before the Bonus Funds become withdrawable.

While Bonus Funds are active in your Account, the maximum permitted single bet is RM 50 unless the applicable promotion states a higher cap. Placing bets in excess of this limit while Bonus Funds are active may, at 444royal's discretion, result in the voiding of the bonus and any winnings derived therefrom.

Not all games contribute equally to the satisfaction of wagering requirements. Unless a promotion states otherwise, the following contribution rates apply: slot games — 100%; live dealer games (baccarat, roulette, blackjack) — 10%; sports betting — 100% on single bets, subject to minimum odds of 1.50; all other games — 0%. 444royal reserves the right to amend game contribution rates with notice.

Bonus Funds and associated wagering requirements will expire within the period specified on the applicable promotion page, typically 7, 14, or 30 calendar days from the date of crediting. Upon expiry, any uncompleted wagering requirement will result in the automatic forfeiture of remaining Bonus Funds and any associated winnings.

444royal reserves the right to withhold, void, or claw back any bonus or associated winnings where there is reasonable evidence of bonus abuse, including but not limited to: wagering through bonuses using low-risk strategy combinations to guarantee outcomes, collusion with other players, use of multiple accounts to claim the same promotion, or any other conduct that 444royal reasonably determines constitutes bad-faith exploitation of promotional offers.

7.Gameplay Rules

All games available on the 444royal platform utilise certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology, independently audited by qualified third-party testing laboratories. Game outcomes are random and not subject to manipulation by 444royal or any player. Published Return to Player (RTP) figures represent the theoretical long-term average return and are not a guarantee of individual session outcomes.

In the event of a technical malfunction, game disconnection, or system error during a gaming session, 444royal reserves the right to void the affected round and return the relevant stake to the Player's Account. Where game history confirms a legitimate completed outcome prior to disconnection, the result will stand. The decision of 444royal's technical review team in such matters is final.

For sports betting, all markets are subject to the specific rules applicable to each sport and competition, including Liga Super Malaysia, EPL, UEFA competitions, and UFC events. Settlement of bets will occur following official result confirmation by the relevant governing body. 444royal reserves the right to suspend markets, void bets, or re-settle markets where an error in odds compilation is identified.

8.Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 444royal platform:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with any part of the platform.
• Engaging in any form of money laundering, structuring of transactions to avoid detection, or use of the platform for any illegal financial activity.
• Accessing the platform using VPN, proxy, or other IP masking technologies to circumvent geographic restrictions or account limitations.
• Sharing login credentials with third parties or permitting third parties to operate your Account on your behalf.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities — any such exploit must be reported to support immediately.
• Colluding with other players in poker, live dealer, or any other game format.
• Using the platform for any purpose other than personal gaming entertainment.
• Engaging in any conduct intended to damage the reputation, operations, or systems of 444royal.

444royal reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Account found to be in violation of this clause, forfeit the Account balance, and refer the matter to relevant law enforcement or regulatory authorities where appropriate.

9.Intellectual Property

All content on the 444royal platform, including but not limited to the brand name, logo, website design, graphics, software, text, game interfaces, and promotional materials, is the intellectual property of 444royal or its licensed content providers. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the platform for personal entertainment purposes only.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any part of the 444royal platform or its content without the prior written consent of 444royal. Any unauthorised use constitutes an infringement of 444royal's intellectual property rights and may result in legal action.

10.Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 444royal, its directors, officers, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the platform or its Services, even if 444royal has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

444royal's total aggregate liability to any Player in connection with any claim arising out of these Terms shall not exceed the total deposits made by that Player to the platform in the thirty (30) calendar days immediately preceding the date of the claim.

444royal does not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. The platform is provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis. Players are encouraged to maintain appropriate security software on their devices.

11.Account Suspension & Termination

444royal reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Player Account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• Suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or any other criminal conduct.
• Failure to provide satisfactory KYC documentation when requested.
• Discovery that the Player is under the age of 21.
• Discovery that the Player is subject to a self-exclusion order.
• Reasonable belief that continued operation of the Account poses a legal, regulatory, or reputational risk to 444royal.

You may voluntarily close your Account at any time by contacting the 444royal support team. Upon Account closure, any verified Real Money balance remaining in your Account will be processed for withdrawal to your registered payment method, subject to completion of KYC requirements. Bonus Funds will be forfeited upon Account closure.

12.Privacy & Data

The collection, processing, and storage of personal data provided by Players during registration and throughout their relationship with 444royal is governed by our Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms and is incorporated herein by reference.

By accepting these Terms, you consent to the processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy, including for the purposes of identity verification, transaction processing, fraud prevention, and platform improvement.

13.Responsible Gambling

444royal is committed to the promotion of responsible gambling. All registered Players have access to a suite of self-management tools, including deposit limits, loss limits, wager limits, session time limits, cooling-off periods, and voluntary self-exclusion. These tools may be accessed via your Account settings or by contacting the support team.

14.Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which 444royal holds its operating licence. Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms — or the breach, termination, or invalidity thereof — shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that licensing jurisdiction, except where mandatory provisions of applicable consumer protection law in the Player's jurisdiction of residence provide otherwise.

Prior to initiating any formal legal proceedings, Players are encouraged to raise disputes directly with 444royal's customer support team, who will make reasonable efforts to resolve complaints in an efficient and fair manner. 444royal will acknowledge complaints within 48 hours and aim to provide a substantive response within 14 calendar days.

15.Amendments to These Terms

444royal reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where material changes are made, 444royal will endeavour to provide reasonable notice to registered Players via email or platform notification. Continued use of the platform following the publication of updated Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically for any changes.

The date of the most recent revision is displayed at the top of this page. If you do not accept revised Terms, you must immediately cease using the platform and contact the support team to close your Account.
